    Bought a 10x16 shed for an office space. They were able to add customizations that we needed like large windows and tall walls. The pricing was within our budget and delivered on time. Yes, we utilize experienced and insured professionals who are ready to install stone or concrete foundations, ensuring the process is seamless for you. We advise choosing a stone or concrete base for proper drainage and the longevity and support of your structure.

Ensuring your building has a solid foundation is vital for its long-term integrity. A stone base aids in providing necessary drainage to ward off water damage over the years. Nonetheless, if a permanent foundation is not an option for you, our delivery team is equipped to utilize concrete blocks as a means to level and fortify your building.

We suggest creating a stone pad for sheds that is 1 foot larger on every side than the shed itself. For instance, and 8x12 shed would need a 10x14 foundation.

This involves grading the soil, installing a perimeter with pressure-treated 4x4s, laying a weed barrier, and then adding a layer of 3/4-inch washed stone, ranging from 4 to 6 inches in depth. For garages that do not have a built-in floor, laying a 4-inch concrete slab reinforced with footers is recommended for optimal support and stability.

To proceed with an order, we ask for a 10% or $500 non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
